Child care educators are invited to join Healthy Apple for an interactive virtual workshop about self care. We’ll learn and share with each other about:

• Ways to make time to slow down and relax
• Benefits and strategies for spending time in nature
• Reducing stress and anxiety through movement
• Your favorite strategies for self care

Space is limited and priority will be given to Healthy Apple participants.
