Caitlin is a social justice advocate and lawyer. She holds a J.D. from the UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and an M.A. in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.  She has worked supporting youth, low-wage workers, and immigrant communities.  She became interested in child care advocacy based on witnessing the lack of options for affordable, high-quality child care care in the communities she lives and works in.  She grew up in the Bay Area and is a relatively new resident of San Francisco.
