了解如何幫助你的孩子建立社交情感的健康發展並幫助他們健康成長。關於本次活動隨著新冠病毒的肆虐，COVID 疫情不僅影響成年人，也同樣影響兒童的身心發展。我們兒童的身心健康發展應該繼續受到重視和保護。在照顧好我們自己的同時，我們如何確保孩子的社交情感得到健康發展？從兒童身上有什麼徵兆和症狀家長們需要注意的，我們如何可以幫助到我們的兒童？在這個講座中，我們將探討孩子在這個不斷變化的環境中不同的社交情感發展的需求。此外，我們還將學習如何識別和幫助兒童解決生活上的挑戰和挫折，從而幫助兒童增強他們自身的應變能力。主講嘉賓Diana Chu(朱女士)是婚姻家庭治療師，也是註冊戲劇治療師, 為兒童，家庭和成人提供臨床服務。她是一位雙語的心理健康治療師和幼兒心理健康顧問。她為托兒所和學前班提供育兒工作坊和諮詢，以支持兒童及其家庭的心理感需求。朱女士在香港出生和長大。於2014年移居舊金山灣區。她曾在各種亞裔美國人太平洋島民社區心理健康機構工作，其中包括社區青年中心，諮詢強化教育計劃，校本諮詢，家庭參與計劃和自閉症譜系診所。她精通廣東話和普通話。朱女士還主持了一個名為Waves of Change的播客，在亞裔美國人社區中提高人們對心理健康認識。
