Claudia Quinonez is a seasoned strategist with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit world. She is dedicated to driving organizational success through innovative, data-driven strategies, with a proven track record of accomplishment in program development, evaluation, and organizational leadership.

Throughout her career, Claudia has held several leadership positions at the Children’s Council of San Francisco, including Chief Strategy and Impact Officer, Senior Director of Research, Data and Evaluation, and Director of Community, Innovation and Impact. In these roles, she has led the development and implementation of organizational strategy, implemented OKRs, designed and facilitated leadership and all-staff meetings, implemented evaluation frameworks, data collection, and evaluation strategies, successfully established a new Research, Data and Evaluation department, and incubated new core service programs.

As a Latina professional raised in Central America and fluent in Spanish, she brings a diverse and inclusive perspective to her work.

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communications and is a Certified Dialogue Education Teacher, OKR Coach, and Change Management Practitioner.
