ECE Equity Leadership Academy

Are you a supervisor or administrator working in early childhood education (ECE)? Apply today to join the ECE Equity Leadership Academy.

Through this new, innovative program, we aim to build upon the leadership in our community and amplify the voices of diverse ECE leaders. The ECE Equity Leadership Academy is an executive-level program for Center Directors, Administrators and Family Child Care (FCC) Owner/Directors to increase their knowledge, skills and understanding of leadership grounded in racial equity, social justice and values identification. This program is only open to San Francisco-based ECE leaders supervising Center Directors or early educators working in the classroom.

We are looking for 30 ECE leaders to participate who are equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to successfully build an equitable ECE system for our children.

ECE Equity Leadership Academy Info Session

The ECE Equity Leadership Academy Informational Session is being hosted on Zoom on Thursday, March 27 at 6pm. We invite Center Directors, Administrators and Family Child Care (FCC) Owner/Directors to learn more about the program, curriculum and projected meeting schedule. Each participant will receive individualized coaching, leadership training, and incentives.
