Come join us for a six-part financial wellness series for Family Child Care where we will aide providers in securing a financial future for themselves and their loved ones.

Business Finances, April 6 6-8:30

Could you accurately estimate the costs of your business? Learn to do just that and more. Create a working budget for your business. Gain a better understanding of financial models that show the enrollment levels you need to break even, and when you will begin to earn a profit. Set prices that are fair and profitable and walk away with a better understanding of your finances so you can make better business decision.

Income Boosting Strategies, April 13 6-8:30

Learn how to make more money in your child care business. This workshop will teach you how to increase your prices, set up paid time off, and other opportunities to elevate your income while doing the work you love. This workshop was designed by a former child care educator with years of direct experience. Learn tried and true methods to maximize your earning potential

Three Rules of Money, April 30 12pm-1:30pm

Did you grow up playing any sports? Most people would say, “Yes!” In order for you to be successful, someone had to teach you the rules of the game. In this course, we teach you the rules to the money game! We all know how to spend money, but very few of us know how to save money, let alone, in the right places. Come and learn how you can make your money work for you

Create Your Own Family Bank, May 7 12pm-1:30pm

We go to the bank to borrow money for large expenses like cars, houses, and personal loans. Banks have high interest rates, sometimes up to 35% to borrow money from them. What if you were able to borrow money from your own family bank? We show families how to create their own family bank. Using this strategy, you can borrow money from yourself, pay yourself the interest, and choose how you want to pay yourself back. You are in charge of your financial goals!

Retirement: 401K vs IUL, May 14 12pm-1:30pm

Most people have a 401K, or a 403B retirement account. Like the stock market, these accounts vary daily. There is no way to predict the market. Do you like gambling with your life savings?
