This course meets the Preventive Health and Safety (8-hour) requirement for Community Care Licensing. At the successful completion of this class, you will receive certification from the Emergency Medical Services Authority. This virtual class will be split into two 4-hour sessions over two days:

• The date specified for the event is 9 am-1 pm
• The next day (same class) is 9 am-1 pm

Due to concerns surrounding public health, this training has moved to an online format. Information to access the online content will be emailed to participants with the materials that we will be using for the training. Access to this training will be until 9:05 am, after that participants won’t be allowed to enter the training and will have to attend the next one. Participants must be in a quiet space free of distractions and must have their camera on. To receive the certificate for the class, you need to attend the FULL training (8 hours). The certificate will be mailed to your address.
