Join us for a 2 day training on our first module of trauma informed care. Educators will expand their knowledge and skills when working with children who have experienced trauma.

By the end of the training, educators will have learned:

1. The impact of trauma on the child’s brain and behavior

2. Neuroplasticity and resiliency

3. Strategies to support children to build their resilience

4. Practical strategies to apply in their care.

Children’s Council’s Provider Engagement Coach, Bernadine Riley, will be facilitating this training.
