Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) Early Educator Pre-Apprenticeship Program
The BIPOC Early Educator Pre-Apprenticeship Program recognizes the need to create a pipeline of Pacific Islander and Black early educators in San Francisco’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) field. Representation in the classroom matters! This program aims to support and improve the quality, care, and education for BIPOC children by recruiting, training and connecting Pacific Islander and Black students to a career in the early childhood field.
