Carlton currently works at the James Irvine Foundation in San Francisco as a Senior Investment Associate. Prior to joining the Foundation, Carlton was an Investment Associate at Pantheon Ventures and began his career at Evercore as an Investment Banking Analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.  

As a member of the Associate Board, Carlton hopes to improve access to quality child care by empowering and supporting families within the San Francisco community.
