Elizabeth Watkins is a supply chain leader who is specialized in procurement operations. She is focused on achieving organizational cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiation, inventory management, and effective distribution. Elizabeth currently leads a team at Instacart, a grocery delivery company, and is responsible for sourcing and distributing business critical supplies across North America.

Outside of her professional work, Elizabeth is passionate about expanding educational and developmental opportunities for children. She is looking forward to joining Children’s Council as co-chair of the Associate Board.

Elizabeth holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee. She currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and two dogs, Hemingway and Hank.
