Giovanna is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in early childhood education, special education, and inclusive practices. She holds an MA in Special Education and a BA in Early Childhood Education, along with an Early Childhood Special Education Credential-reflecting her deep commitment to supporting the growth and development of young children. 

Throughout her career, Giovanna has worked in a range of diverse settings, including public and private schools and in-home environments, where she always prioritizes the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Most recently, she served on the leadership team at Google’s Children’s Centers, where she oversaw their inclusion initiatives across multiple sites. Her responsibilities included creating internal policies, supportive professional development for faculty, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance equity and accessibility, and partnering with families to provide individualized supports and resources. 

Driven by her belief in the power of inclusion and relationship-building, Giovanna’s work reflects her dedication to creating opportunities for all children to thrive. In addition to her direct work with children and families, she consults with individuals and organizations on best practices in early childhood, inclusion and development.
