Jake Levinson
Jake Levinson is a Bay Area native who comes from a family of San Francisco educators. Having grown up immersed in the significance of early childhood education, he found a calling to get involved with supporting our city’s education infrastructure.
Professionally, Jake is a recognized expert in San Francisco’s commercial real estate market, specializing in tenant representation, leasing strategies, real estate finance, and adaptive reuse development for Ground Matrix.
Jake also is on the Board for the Discover Polk Community Benefit District, an organization representing the interests of local merchants and Polk Street residents, and sits on the real estate committee for GLIDE Memorial Church.
Jake graduated from the Terry J. Lundgren School of Retailing and the Eller School of Business at the University of Arizona, majoring in Retail Management and Entrepreneurship. Jake lives in North Beach and makes it his mission to make child care a birthright for every San Francisco family.
