Yolanda started with Children’s Council in October 2023 as the HR Payroll Administrator. Shortly afterwards with the organization, she was promoted to HR Manager.

For the past two years, she worked with Mosser Companies Inc. where she was the Payroll Administrator and Specialist.

Prior to her time with them, she earned over 20 years of HR experience working for the United States Postal Services as their Postmaster and Payroll Administrator. While at USPS she managed the operation, delivery, and retail operations. Supporting both Union and exempt employees, her scope of work included payroll, time and attendance, on and offboarding functions, leave of absence, and benefits management. 

Yolanda has her BA degree in Sociology, ADP Certified Payroll Specialist and Professional Data Analyst Certified.
